Job Overview

M&G Recruitment Consult Firm is seeking a friendly, vibrant, and customer-focused Frontline Cake Shop Experience Associate to join a growing cake shop in Lekki Phase 1. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, creating a warm in-store experience, and supporting daily shop operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and professional manner
• Assist customers with cake selections, orders, and inquiries
• Process orders and manage customer requests efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment
• Handle basic cash transactions and record sales accurately
• Provide product information and upsell items when necessary
• Coordinate with bakers and team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Address customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service
