HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Officer with 4-6

years professional experience to join our growing team. This role is

ideal for someone who is detail oriented, people focused, and

eager to contribute to a dynamic HR environment.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes

Monitor attendance, leave, and compliance with HR policies

• Participate in staff welfare, engagement, and training initiatives

• Support payroll processing with accurate documentation

• Provide general HR administrative and operational support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management,

Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

⚫ 4-6 years’ experience in a structured HR function

Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools

. Certification from CIPM or similar body (an advantage)
